Wes Tuttle is a Co-founder of Catalyst Development Co. which was founded in January of 2006. He is originally from Rock Hill South Carolina and graduated from Clemson University in 2004 with a degree in Real Estate Finance. He has been in the Real Estate and Development industry since 2004 with specialization in commercial leasing and sales as well as Land Acquisition Management and Development for a local home builder. Wes is currently working on the completion of the Certified Commercial Investment Member courses, and is an active member in the National Association of Realtors, the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors, the Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce, the Charleston Young Professionals, and the Palmetto Professional Society. |

Katie Homrich is a Co-founder of Catalyst Development Co. which was founded in January of 2006. She is originally from Syracuse, New York and graduated from Canisius College in Buffalo, New York with a degree in Political Science. She has been in the Real Estate business since 2002 with specialization in Commercial Land Sales. Prior to Catalyst Development, Katie was Vice President with a regional builder in South Carolina and National Account Executive with Expeditor's International. Katie is currently involved in the National Association of Realtors, Charleston Trident Association of Realtors, The Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce and Tri County Developers Council. Currently, Katie and her two children live in Summerville, South Carolina. |

Skip Tuttle is a Co-Owner of Catalyst Development Co and resides in Rock Hill, South Carolina. Skip has over 30 years of experience in Real Estate and Development and is also the President and Co-Owner of The Tuttle Company in Rock Hill. He received his AB Degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and completed graduate degrees in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate at Georgia State University including an MBA and a PhD. Skip is actively engaged in a variety of commercial real estate projects including land development for residential, retail, and industrial users; as well as office, retail and industrial buildings for lease and for sale. The Tuttle Company is also involved in the formation of investment groups to partner in many of its projects, and is the largest commercial brokerage firm in the upstate area south of Charlotte.
