It preserves charm and character while increasing nearby property values, beautifying neighborhoods and generating new opportunities for commerce and tax revenue. We strategically pursue local, state and federal incentive programs (including Historic Rehabilitation Tax Credits) to aid in the revitalization of these irreplaceable community assets.

Value Add - We actively seek opportunities to acquire existing apartment communities in growing markets. Our goal is to structure a win-win solution when working with owners who are ready to divest with their multifamily property. We accomplish that goal by gaining an understanding of the Seller's individual needs and offering fair compensation for the present market value of their asset. Then, we go to work investing time, expertise and capital to address any physical or operational deficiencies and opportunities which may exist.

Urban Infill - Walkable communities rely on density and a cohesiveness which unites people, jobs and services within a close-knit community. All too often, vacant land and deteriorating structures become pockets of decay and refuse. We occasionally by land and irreparable buildings when there is an opportunity to pursue new construction, effectively filling voids and replacing vacancy with productivity.
